It’s important that we have all the information needed on your incident to ensure a smooth and speedy claims process. Here are some of the information you’ll be asked to provide:

  • Your name or business name
  • Your phone number
  • Date of cyber attack loss
  • Chronological details of the cyber attack
  • A summary of all losses incurred to date, including copies of relevant invoices and receipts
  • IT service provider reports or documentation in relation to the cyber incident
  • If applicable, any documentation of ransom paid (i.e. banking receipts)
